Cabins #1 and #2 can be rented and accessed as one large 6 bedroom lakefront home.
Cabins #4 and #8 can be rented and accessed as one large 7 bedroom lakefront home.
All cabins have Air conditioning but to help keep our rates lower we are leaving the air to be a paid option only if requested. Rates are $25 for the day or $80 for the week.
** Weekly Rates - Our week runs from Saturday at
4:00 PM to the following Saturday at 10:00 AM.
Our Weekly rates include launch and docking for one boat per cabin. Rates are available for extra boats if needed. Our resort does offer many boat rental options, 16’ fishing boats with or without a motor, pontoon boat and a ski tower deck boat.
All of the cabins have one picnic table to enjoy your meals outdoors if desired. We have a central grilling area that will have both a large charcoal grill and one gas grill. Cozy Bay will provide the propane needed for the gas but you will have to provide your own charcoal.
Additional overnight guests charges are $15 per person per night. Please inform us upon booking the possibilities of extra guests.
Pets are allowed at Cozy Bay but must be approved prior to arrival as special bedding concerns apply. All pets must be maintained on a leash, cleaned up after immediately and not be left unattended. There is a $5 nightly charge per pet. We do reserve the right to refuse service to certain Breeds.
A Deposit is required to hold your cabin reservation. Given a 60 day notice, and if we can rebook your cabin we will refund your deposit less $50 booking fee.
Cabin booking deposit for cabins 1,2,4,8,9 is $400; cabins 5,6,7 is $300. Your deposit will be subtracted from your final bill at the end of your stay. |

Camping
For those of you that prefer a more "outdoorsy" style, we have excellent campsites available in our camping area. All sites have water, electric and campfires available.
- $24 per day for tents
- $34 per day for sites with hookups
- $6 per day if you need boat launch and docking services.
If you have daily guests visiting you they must check in at the office. Depending on their length of visit, there may be an additional charge.
Discounts are available
before Memorial Day and after Labor Day, depending on your length of stay. Prices are subject to change.
